Internship: Supporting the Global HR Processes & Information team

During this internship you will be supporting HR P&I as part of the team with a focus on the MyTalent system. MyTalent currently contains the Learning management module, Recruitment and part of the Performance management module (Competency management).

Your tasks will be: 
• Give (administrative) support to the key users of these modules. This includes planning and communication in day-to-day work and in projects
• Manage questions from users worldwide (mainly HR and training centers)
• Provide ad hoc reporting
• Give overall support to the P&I team.

You are a vocational or bachelor student in Human Resources, Executive Assistance or related. You are a self-starter who has affinity with (HR) IT systems. You have strong administrative and analytical skills, work accurately and have advanced knowledge of Excel. For example filters, pivots and formulas are used commonly within the team. Since the P&I team operates worldwide, you need to have good communication skills in English.

This is an apprentice internship for a period of 4 months or longer, for 4 or 5 days a week.

Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
