WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in our Amsterdam office for 6-12 months as part of the European recruiting team for the Global Energy & Materials division.
You will support the lead recruiting team in all administrative facets of consultant recruiting from resume processing to event organization. You will work closely with an experienced professional recruiter who specializes in Oil & Gas, Energy and Basic Material profiles on the full recruitment cycle which includes attraction, selection and offer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will play an active part in the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy for the Global Energy & Materials division.
In this role, you will support candidates throughout the assessment process. You will help create and drive online and offline recruiting events and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and HR. You will help find creative ways to identify passive talent utilizing internal and external databases, internet searches and other sourcing tools, and develop best-in-class sourcing skills. You will also support the team with management and analysis of relevant department data and systems. Lastly, you will work on ad-hoc recruitment projects.
This is a full-time, 6-12 month internship.
- University degree; master's degree in human resources-related discipline preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and function independently
- Demonstrated track record of maturity and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail; methodical and organized
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written - C1 minimum)
