MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Unilever manufacturing site for the production and packaging of tea bags is looking for an enthusiastic and result driven intern that will execute an improvement project from start to finish. During this internship, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team (operators on the floor, factory leader, engineers, …), with various technologies and you will use your people skills to convince and motivate co-workers.
JOB SUMMARY
- Follow up performances of technologies on site (e.g.: Tea bag making machine)
- Analyzing improvement possibilities and planning execution (Plan – Do – Check – Act cycle, benefit vs. cost analysis)
- Analyzing the root causes of defects
- Overall objective is to realize an improvement in a specific area of the factory performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Master industrial engineering/civil engineering in mechanics, electro-mechanics or automation doing a master thesis
- You speak French and English fluently
- You have a positive and constructive attitude
- You are prepared to work in team and across all layers of the hierarchy
- You are an influencer with an analytical mind
